In this new role, Imhof leads the firm’s Customer Success team. This team oversees the onboarding of clients to Five Degrees’ new cloud native core banking and provides full-service support to maximize the value of the provided technology. As VP Customer Success Imhof returns to Five Degrees headquarters in Amsterdam in January. Previously Imhof held the role of Country Manager Portugal, where he was responsible for the Portugal office since 2018 and oversaw the activities at the development hub.
Pedro Costa takes over the responsibilities of Imhof as the new Country Manager Portugal. Costa joined Five Degrees in early 2018 and is currently combines an architect role as well a team lead position at the Portuguese office.
