Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

 

You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

 

Your ultimate goal is to make ambassadors out of customers.

your role.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers. Handle all (commercial) opportunities and complaints from customers.
  • Build and maintain productive, professional long-lasting customer relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet timely and successful account performance objectives and customers’ expectations.
  • Ensure the delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Contracting and agree on SLA, rates, new projects, etc.
  • Create and maintain account plans for customers.

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Experience in delivering client-focused software /IT solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Bachelor or master’s degree
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities;
  • Proven ability to be flexible, both independently and in a team environment, in a high pressure on-call environment with changing priorities;
  • Willingness to work outside of normal business hours;
  • Strong English oral and written communication skills;
  • A results-oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment.
  • Banking knowledge, full understanding of cash products like Current Accounts, Loans, Term Deposits
