your role.

As Sr. Marketing Specialist you are at the heart of our Marketing efforts. You are responsible for the continuous supply of marketing qualified leads to our Business Development team. With a tight grip you coordinate and execute the various leadgen elements, both online and offline: web content, social content, (digital) events and more.

You work closely with the other members of our international marketing team, the sales team, leadership team and the specialists of our product development. The Five Degrees marketing team is a vibrant group in a fast-growing scale-up. As a team of 7 we work closely, even in corona times. Our team includes a dedicated designer and digital marketer. We are self-steering, highly motivated and fun.  

what you'll do.

• Envision, create and execute marketing campaigns for an international banking and fintech audience
• Create sublime content as we increase our marketing efforts in the coming period (sales collateral, pitch materials, media, written blogs)
• Manage external events, digital and physical
• Challenge yourself and your colleagues to maximize results
• Track conversion, steer and improve our marketing efforts

who you are.

• Minimum of 7 years' working experience
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Proven B2B Marketing experience
• Marketing experience in enterprise software or even banking tech is appreciated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus.
• You can think of creative ideas but also know how to bring them home
• Takes initiative, dares to challenge
